技術名稱: 雲端化切削模擬與GAI生成資料驗證技術

技術簡介

本年度開發之雲端加工模擬驗證模組,整合切削模擬核心與力學分析技術,能對刀具與工件在加工中的交互行為進行細緻解析,特別適用於檢核 GAI 自動生成的刀具路徑與加工參數。系統可提前識別潛在撞機、過負載、斷刀等風險,為加工廠建立可重複、可量化的數位工廠驗證環境。模擬結果已達成與實際加工時間誤差小於 10%、尺寸精度誤差小於 1% 的水準,可在導入前有效驗證 GAI 生成加工策略的可行性,明顯降低試切次數、縮短驗證周期,並減少前置人力與材料成本。

Abstract

The cloud-based machining simulation and verification module developed this year integrates a cutting simulation core with cutting mechanics analysis to provide in-depth evaluation of tool–workpiece interactions during machining. It is specifically designed to validate GAI-generated toolpaths and machining parameters, enabling early detection of potential risks such as collisions, overload, and tool breakage. This establishes a repeatable and quantifiable digital-factory verification environment for end-users. The module achieves less than 10% deviation in machining time and less than 1% dimensional accuracy error compared with actual machining. It enables pre-deployment feasibility verification of GAI-generated machining strategies, significantly reducing trial cuts, shortening validation cycles, and lowering labor and material costs required for on-site testing.

技術規格

● 加工模擬功能支援三軸銑削工法,可匯入胚料 CAD 模型作為模擬基準,並需提供刀具列表與完整 NC 程式。系統可輸出最終加工完成後的外型 mesh 檔,作為形貌比對與加工可行性檢驗的依據。 ● 切削力學分析方面,需提供刀具列表、完整 NC 程式、胚料模型與材料資訊,以及工具機之伺服與主軸參數。系統可輸出各刀序工段的切削力、主軸負載、切屑厚度、軸向力、徑向力等力學分析數據,協助用戶全面掌握加工過程之負載行為與風險評估。

Technical Specification

● The machining simulation module supports three-axis milling and allows importing the raw-stock CAD model as the simulation baseline. Users provide the tool list and the complete NC program, and the system outputs the final machined geometry as a mesh file for shape comparison and feasibility verification. ● For the cutting mechanics analysis, users provide the tool list, the complete NC program, the raw-stock model and material information, as well as the machine tool’s servo and spindle parameters. The system outputs mechanical analysis data for each toolpath segment, including cutting forces, spindle load, chip thickness, axial force, radial force, and other relevant indicators, enabling comprehensive assessment of load behaviors and process risks throughout machining.

以私網雲端化驗證技術,建立GAI軟體驗證場域,打造GAI系統整合基礎,結合數位模擬工具,提供資訊或系統整合業者軟體驗證服務。可協助SI建置符合終端生產情境之虛擬驗證環境(如機台、刀具、工件等),藉此完成切削參數生成之驗證(加工時間模擬驗證),最終投入實際終端產線完成完整場域驗證。
