技術簡介
本技術開發之「工程智慧化碳盤查平台」,旨在建構一個深度結合工程實務流程的數位化碳盤查環境。本平台以智慧化為核心,徹底改變傳統人工盤查與計算碳足跡排放量的低效率模式。
技術包含三大核心:
1. 動態碳足跡排放係數資料庫:建立國內首套具備動態擴增公開工程類之碳足跡排放係數資料庫;
2. 自動化活動數據與智慧匹配:創新研發可串接自動化活動數據並進行智慧匹配與演算,如物聯網感測資訊(如行動感測器)、物料單據影像辨識資訊、工程文件數據轉譯資訊(如「施工日誌」、「材料設備檢(試)驗管制總表」、「材料設備送審管制總表」);
3. 進階分析與標準化報告:提供直觀的視覺化熱點分析功能模組與數據品質及敏感度分析模組,並一鍵產出符合查證標準之工程專用碳足跡報告書,提升工程碳盤查效率、數據一致性與查證可行性。
本技術能有效協助公共工程落實減碳路徑規劃,並支撐企業達成淨零排放之目標。
Abstract
The "Intelligent Engineering Carbon Inventory Platform" developed through this technology aims to establish a digitized carbon inventory environment deeply integrated with practical engineering workflows. With intelligence at its core, the platform fundamentally transforms the traditional, low-efficiency models of manual auditing and carbon footprint calculation.
The technology comprises three core pillars:
1. Dynamic Emission Factor Database: The establishment of the first domestic carbon footprint emission factor database capable of dynamic expansion specifically for public works categories.
2. Automated Data Integration & Intelligent Matching: Innovative R&D in connecting automated activity data with intelligent matching and algorithms. This includes IoT sensor data (e.g., mobile sensors), OCR/Image recognition for material invoices, and data translation of engineering documents (such as "Construction Logs," "Master Control Tables for Material/Equipment Inspection and Testing," and "Master Control Tables for Material/Equipment Submittals").
3. Advanced Analytics & Standardized Reporting: Provision of intuitive visualized hotspot analysis modules and data quality/sensitivity analysis modules. The platform enables one-click generation of engineering-specific carbon footprint reports that comply with verification standards, significantly enhancing carbon inventory efficiency, data consistency, and audit feasibility.
This technology effectively assists public works in implementing carbon reduction roadmaps and supports enterprises in achieving their Net-Zero Emission goals.
