技術簡介

R1233zd冷媒壓縮機冷媒全循環測試平台依照製冷能力 2,110kW的 R1233zd 離心式冰水機系統設計，並依據全載性能符合 CNS 12575與AHRI 551/591(SI)的條件，建構並應用一套全循環測試平台進行性能驗證與最佳化分析。藉由熱力循環性能模擬與實測數據，評估各元件最佳操作工況，探討關鍵零組件特性，並考量現有商規元件條件，訂定適當規格，以達成預期能效與系統整體設計目標。

Abstract

The R1233zd refrigerant compressor full-cycle test platform is designed based on an R1233zd centrifugal chiller system with a refrigeration capacity of 2,110 kW. The platform is constructed and implemented in accordance with full-load performance requirements compliant with CNS 12575 and AHRI 551/591 (SI) standards, enabling performance verification and optimization analysis through a complete refrigerant cycle test platform. By integrating thermodynamic cycle performance simulations with experimental measurement data, the optimal operating conditions of individual components are evaluated, and the characteristics of key components are investigated. In consideration of commercially available components and practical engineering constraints, appropriate component specifications are determined to achieve the targeted energy efficiency and overall system design objectives.
