技術名稱: R1233zd負壓冷媒系統抽氣裝置原型機設計製作及功能驗證測試技術

技術簡介

低壓冷媒的離心式冰水機系統具有高製冷效率,而由於其運轉時的蒸發器壓力會低於大氣壓力,外界如空氣之不凝結氣體(Non-condensable gas, 簡稱NCG)將滲入系統內而影響其製冷能力與效率,因此需設置排氣裝置(Purge unit),排除系統內的不凝結氣體。 本技術設計開發一套應用於R1233zd低壓冷媒離心式冰水機系統之不凝結氣體排氣裝置原型機,進行排氣裝置原型機之系統控制及功能驗證測試並分析其排氣成分,實驗中使用氮氣作為不凝結氣體,並於排氣裝置之淨化槽內,調配不同體積濃度之冷媒蒸氣與氮氣混合氣體,並藉由改變混合氣體溫度(22.5°C、30°C、38°C)以模擬冰水機系統運行之實際條件,最後探討不凝結氣體濃度對熱交換器性能以及對排氣裝置壓縮機吸氣溫度之影響。

Abstract

Centrifugal chiller systems using low-pressure refrigerant have higher energy efficiency. However, its evaporating pressure during operation will be lower than atmospheric pressure. The non-condensable gas (NCG), such as air from the atmosphere will infiltrate into the system affecting its cooling capacity and efficiency. Therefore, a purge unit is required to remove the NCG from the system. This technology conducts system control and functional verification test on a developed prototype purge unit for a centrifugal chiller system using low-pressure refrigerant R1233zd by analyzing its exhaust composition. In the experiment, nitrogen was used as the NCG. A mixture of refrigerant vapor and nitrogen at varying volume concentrations was prepared in the exhaust tank of the purge unit. The actual operating conditions of the chiller system were simulated by varying the temperature of the mixed gas. Finally, the effects of the NCG concentration on the performance of the heat transfer performance and the suction temperature of the compressor of the condensing unit were investigated.

技術特色

專用設計的淨化槽應用小型冷凝單元(Condensing unit)使設置於淨化槽內的蒸發盤管產生-20℃以下的低溫表面,將引入淨化槽內之不凝結與冷媒氣體混合物中的冷媒氣體於蒸發盤管表面凝結,而使之與不凝結氣體分離。並藉由感測冷凝單元之壓縮機吸氣溫度,來進行淨化槽內不凝結氣體累積量的判斷,進行智慧化的排氣操作。

應用範圍

工作流體為低壓冷媒R123、R1233zd、R514A之離心式冰水機系統,進行進入系統內之不凝結氣體之分離與排除,以維持低壓冷媒離心式冰水機系統之效能。
