技術簡介
低溫室效應R1233zd冷媒500USRT級磁浮離心式壓縮機開發技術,以滿足國家1級能源效率COP 7.10冰水機之所需。低壓冷媒雙段壓縮流力元件開發,雙段葉輪採背對背反向置於主軸兩端之設計平衡軸向推力,等熵效率達90%以上,雙段容量調節機構於葉輪入口採用進氣導葉機構與葉輪出口採用可變擴壓流道寬度機構設計之多種組合方案,並整合無油主軸總成技術,應用主動式磁浮軸承 (包含磁浮主軸、磁浮軸承與磁浮控制)與整合高效率永磁馬達與變頻器應用。
Abstract
Development technology for a 500 USRT-class magnetic-bearing centrifugal compressor using the low–global-warming-potential (low-GWP) refrigerant R1233zd, designed to meet the requirements of national Level 1 energy efficiency water chillers with a COP of 7.10.
The project includes the development of low-pressure refrigerant two-stage compression aerodynamic components. The two-stage impellers are arranged in a back-to-back, counter-rotating configuration at both ends of the main shaft to balance axial thrust, achieving an isentropic efficiency exceeding 90%.
Multiple combinations of two-stage capacity control mechanisms are adopted, including inlet guide vane (IGV) mechanisms at the impeller inlets and variable diffuser channel width mechanisms at the impeller outlets. These are integrated with oil-free rotor assembly technology, utilizing active magnetic bearing systems (including the magnetic-bearing shaft, magnetic bearings, and magnetic control system), as well as the integrated application of high-efficiency permanent-magnet motors and variable-frequency drives (VFDs).

低溫室效應冷媒R1233zd冷媒(GWP 3.88)屬於低壓環保冷媒,具有較高蒸氣壓縮循環效率,本技術自行設計開發的低溫室效應冷媒專用之雙段壓縮離心式流力元件,等熵效率達90%以上,開發雙段獨立容量調節機構與整合國產磁浮主軸總成、永磁電機與變頻器。完成國產高能效、低碳排之R1233zd冷媒雙段壓縮磁浮離心式壓縮機原型與技術之開發,技術移轉我國壓縮機試量產。
