技術名稱: 軸向磁浮軸承

技術簡介

一種軸向磁浮軸承,其包含旋轉軸、導磁磁軛、永久磁石、磁障結構與電磁線圈;旋轉軸包括主軸及推力盤;導磁磁軛與推力盤間形成投影面積大小的誤差小於5%的第一氣隙與第二氣隙;永久磁石設置於導磁磁軛,推力盤與永久磁石間形成一第三氣隙,推力盤、永久磁石與導磁磁軛間形成一永磁磁路;磁障結構設置於導磁磁軛且位於永磁磁路的路徑中,永磁磁路通過磁障結構、第一氣隙與第三氣隙;電磁線圈設置於導磁磁軛的腔室內且位於推力盤之徑向外側,電磁線圈通入控制電流後,於推力盤與導磁磁軛間形成一控制磁路,控制磁路通過第一氣隙與第二氣隙。

Abstract

An axial active magnetic bearing is provided, which includes rotation axis, magnetic yoke, permanent magnet and magnetic barrier structure which are disposed on magnetic yoke, and electromagnetic coil. Rotation axis includes spindle and thrust disk. A first air gap and a second gap with projection area tolerance <5% are formed between magnetic yoke and thrust disk. A third air gap is formed between thrust disk and permanent magnet. A permanent magnetic flux path is formed along thrust disk, permanent magnet and magnetic yoke. The permanent magnetic flux path goes through the magnetic barrier structure, first air gap and third air gap. The electromagnetic coil is disposed in a chamber of the magnetic yoke which is located outside of radial direction of thrust disk. A current-controlled flux path circuit is formed between thrust disk and magnetic yoke and going through first air gap and second air gap while electromagnetic coil energized.

技術特色

一種可承受單方向大荷重的軸向軸承,利用永久磁石在推力盤之一側吸附,該磁力與推力盤另一側的外力相平衡,僅使用一組控制線圈微調軸承出力,即可達到以小電流控制大荷重的目的;本軸向軸承之規範磁軛間氣隙面的面積比例,以確保控制電流與軸承出力呈現線性相關,使用者可使用線性控制理論設計磁浮軸承控制器。
