技術名稱: 工業空壓系統智慧能效檢測診斷模組

技術簡介

本技術為針對空壓系統進行整體化智慧能效檢測,包含效率分析、優劣排序、能耗異常警示等,並透過低錶計需求之健康度技術診斷設備及管路等,藉由導入深度學習和機器學習方法,自動智慧化依據產業性質、設備狀況、系統匹配度、產量變化等提供效率檢測及系統診斷落點分析,減少易被忽略之異常耗能運轉情境,提升管理成效。

Abstract

This technology provides comprehensive intelligent energy consumption detection for air compressor systems, including efficiency analysis, performance ranking, and energy consumption anomaly alerts. By leveraging health assessment techniques, it diagnoses equipment, pipelines, and other system components. Through the integration of deep learning and machine learning methods, the system autonomously and intelligently provides efficiency evaluation and system diagnostic pinpoint analysis based on industry characteristics, equipment conditions, system compatibility, and production fluctuations. This approach helps identify and reduce overlooked abnormal energy consumption scenarios, thereby enhancing management efficiency.

裝置規格:網路版、單機版 檢測模組 : 監控點位至少20點、預設常見感測器辨識介接設定如流量計、壓力計、溫度計等,可擴充介接企業管理資源系統資料應用; 診斷模組:以系統關鍵數據建置智慧化模型進行異常狀態或操作運行變化偵測,可自動或手動調整,預設以流量、能耗、效率及壓力等作為異常告警通知項目; 運行模型規格:至少2種效率模型,連續預測或基於自適應規則學習型。

Technical Specification

Device Specifications: Network Version, Standalone Version Detection Module: Supports monitoring of at least 20 points, with pre-configured recognition and integration settings for common sensors such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and thermometers. The module can be expanded to integrate and apply data from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Diagnostic Module: Builds intelligent models based on key system data to detect abnormal conditions or operational changes. The system allows for automatic or manual adjustments, with predefined parameters such as flow rate, energy consumption, efficiency, and pressure set as alert notification items for anomalies. Operational Model Specifications: Supports at least two models, such as continuous forecasting models and adaptive rule-based learning models.
