技術簡介
本技術主要以氣旋導流(Cyclone flow)機制取代傳統振動或螺桿式供料方式,利用旋轉氣固兩相流場產生之離心力與剪切效應,同步實現粉體輸送、鬆散化與團聚破碎功能,使粉體在輸送過程中完成即時分散與均質化處理。此外,氣旋模組採可併接式架構,可依製程需求線性擴充供料單元數量,藉由多氣旋並聯供料方式有效提升整體供料幅寬與處理量,突破單點供料限制,不僅有助於放大產線產能,同時維持橫向厚度均勻性與流率穩定度,兼具高擴充性與製程彈性。
Abstract
This technology primarily employs a cyclone flow mechanism to replace conventional vibratory or screw-based feeding systems. By leveraging centrifugal and shear effects generated within a rotating gas–solid two-phase flow field, the system simultaneously achieves powder conveying, loosening, and agglomerate breakage, enabling in-line dispersion and homogenization during the feeding process.
In addition, the cyclone modules adopt a connectable and modular architecture, allowing the number of feeding units to be linearly expanded according to process requirements. Through parallel operation of multiple cyclone feeders, the overall feeding width and throughput can be effectively increased, overcoming the limitations of single-point feeding. This design not only facilitates production scale-up and higher line capacity, but also maintains transverse thickness uniformity and stable mass flow rates, providing both high scalability and process flexibility.
