技術簡介

傳統製造現場大多數缺乏物聯網（IoT）設備，時序型生產資訊收集不易，低代碼服務整合與自動化技術引入了生產監測的新方法，透過數位轉型與智能化系統整合來提升產線效率、降低成本、強化彈性生產。可經由物聯網（IoT）設備收集大量數據、機聯網（IIoT）連接感測器、機台、系統、AI/機器學習應用於預測維護、品質檢測，因此需要高度需要 OT（營運技術）與 IT 整合，低代碼（Low-code）工具能讓非程式人員（如製程工程師、維修技術人員）也能開發應用程式，用於流程自動化與資料分析．快速應用開發加速生產線應用系統上線（如巡檢表單、維修回報）整合 OT 與 IT 資料

Abstract

Low-code service integration and automation technology has introduced a new method of production monitoring to improve production line efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen flexible production through digital transformation and intelligent system integration. Collecting large amounts of data through IoT devices, connecting sensors, machines, and systems to the Internet of Things (IIoT), AI/machine learning for predictive maintenance, quality inspection, and therefore requiring a high level of OT (operational technology) integration with IT, low-code tools allow non-programmers (e.g., process engineers, maintenance technicians) to develop applications for process automation and data analysis. Accelerating the development of production line applications (e.g., inspection forms, maintenance reports), and integrate OT and IT data.

➢提供案場編輯器，可以編輯案場UI ➢支援實體與虛擬點位兩類變數管理，實體由IoT設備傳入、虛擬點位為運算變數 。 ➢可視化元件庫管理模組、支援可視化元件編輯工具、可由元件屬性串接實體與虛擬變數 。 ➢案場編輯器支援畫布管理，可於畫布中自由擺放可視化元件 。 ➢支援畫布輪播管理、可支援 10組輪播畫布 ➢提供警報編輯器，警報歷程查詢，與推播介面，可整合 email與 sms整合，並可與 line等外部服務整合 。 ➢個人與群組權限管理 。

Technical Specification

➢Site Editor ＆ UI Customization: Provides a site editor for designing and customizing site-specific User Interfaces (UI). ➢Variable Management: Supports both Physical and Virtual data points. Physical Points: Data ingested directly from IoT devices. Virtual Points: Calculated variables used for logic and analytics. ➢Visualization Library ＆ Component Tool: Features a management module for visualization components and an editing tool to link component attributes with physical or virtual variables. ➢Canvas Management: The site editor supports free-form canvas management, allowing users to drag and drop visualization components anywhere on the layout. ➢Canvas Carousel: Supports carousel management for up to 10 rotating canvas displays. ➢Alarm System ＆ Notifications: Includes an Alarm Editor and historical log queries. Provides a push notification interface with native Email and SMS integration. Supports third-party integration with services such as LINE. ➢Access Control: Comprehensive permission management for both Individual Users and Groups.
