技術簡介
本技術為一套通用型上位控制平台技術,提供可視化圖控介面、拖曳式控制策略設計、節能控制系統模組樣板、即時監控與異常偵測功能,並支援 Python 元件導入以實現高階與智慧化控制。系統具備高度擴充性,適用於中小型工廠之製程監控與節能控制應用,具備商品化與技術授權潛力。
Abstract
This technology is a Universal Supervisory Control Platform Technology with an open architecture that integrates common industrial communication protocols, including OPC UA, Modbus TCP, and MQTT. It enables rapid integration of existing equipment while significantly reducing system integration complexity. The platform features a visual graphical control interface, drag-and-drop control strategy design, and real-time monitoring with anomaly detection, and supports Python-based modules for advanced and intelligent control implementation. With high scalability, the technology is suitable for process monitoring and energy optimization applications in small- and medium-sized industrial facilities, demonstrating strong potential for commercialization and technology licensing.
技術規格
(1)平台圖控之數位儀表與操作面板功能,即時呈現設備狀態並支援設備控制操作。
(2)拖拉式控制策略流程設計,快速建構與更新控制策略,並支援Python元件,可自行編寫程式判斷與控制邏輯。
(3)SPC/MSPC統計監控與診斷能力,提供異常趨勢分析與預警機制以提早發現製程與設備偏移。
(4)具高度客製與受控系統節能控制樣板,可依實際客製編寫,亦可重複性建置控制,整合控制狀態、能耗指標與數據可視化。
Technical Specification
(1) The platform provides digital gauges and control operation panels within the HMI, enabling real-time visualization of system/equipment status and supporting control operator.
(2) A drag-and-drop control strategy workflow designer is provided for rapid development and iterative refinement of control strategies, with support for integrating AI/ML control methods via Python components to extend advanced control applications.
(3) The platform incorporates SPC/MSPC statistical monitoring and diagnostic capabilities, providing anomaly trend analysis and early warning mechanisms to detect process and equipment deviations at an early stage.
(4) A highly customizable and rapidly deployable energy-saving control template is provided, integrating control status, energy consumption indicators, and performance visualization, and supporting fast deployment and replication across different equipment and production lines.
