技術簡介

本技術開發一種高效環保型無鹵素石墨放電劑，應用於廢鋰離子電池回收前之安全放電處理。該放電劑以石墨漿料結合無鹵素配方設計，可有效提升電池放電效率，同時避免傳統鹽水放電法所衍生之罐體腐蝕、電解液外洩及放電液污染等問題。相較於現有技術，本放電劑於放電過程中不會對電池外殼造成損害，有助於維持電池內部材料之完整性，降低回收處理風險。藉由提升黑粉及其他回收物料之品質，可進一步提高後續資源化利用價值及貴金屬提純效率。此外，本技術具備環境友善、放電穩定及安全性高等特點，可降低廢液處理負擔，提升放電溶液重複使用潛力，為廢鋰離子電池回收產業提供兼具環保效益與經濟效益之創新解決方案。

Abstract

This technology provides a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly, halogen-free graphite-based discharge agent for the safe discharge of spent lithium-ion batteries prior to recycling. By combining graphite slurry with a halogen-free formulation, the discharge agent enhances discharge efficiency while eliminating issues associated with conventional saline-based discharge methods, including battery casing corrosion, electrolyte leakage, and contamination of discharge solutions. The proposed agent enables stable and effective discharge without damaging the battery enclosure, thereby preserving the integrity of internal battery materials. As a result, the quality of black mass and other recovered materials is improved, facilitating downstream recycling processes and enhancing valuable metal recovery and purification efficiency. The technology offers a safer, more sustainable, and cost-effective solution for lithium-ion battery recycling applications.

技術規格

一種無鹵素環保型石墨放電劑，以主劑提供離子放電及防蝕鈍化功能，副劑調控反應速率並提升導電與散熱效能；其pH值為7±2、導電度大於5 mS/cm，可於24小時內完成安全放電至1V以下且不腐蝕電池外殼。

Technical Specification

A halogen-free, environmentally friendly graphite-based discharge agent, comprising a primary agent configured to provide ionic discharge and corrosion-resistant passivation functions, and a secondary agent configured to regulate the reaction rate while enhancing electrical conductivity and heat dissipation. The discharge agent has a pH value of 7 ± 2 and an electrical conductivity greater than 5 mS/cm, enabling safe discharge of a battery to below 1 V within 24 hours without causing corrosion or damage to the battery casing.
