技術名稱: 連續進料裝置

技術簡介

一種連續進料裝置,包括自其吸料口將物料吸入並藉由其送料口將物料送出之吸料機、設於吸料機下方之第一旋轉閥、與第一旋轉閥連通之空氣閥、設於第一旋轉閥下方之第二旋轉閥、設於第二旋轉閥下方之閘閥以及設於閘閥下方之物料儲槽。物料係自吸料機依序進入第一旋轉閥和第二旋轉閥以藉由第一和第二旋轉閥之旋轉而連續地進入物料儲槽,其中,空氣閥用以使外界空氣經第一旋轉閥進入吸料機,同時物料儲槽接收自外部輸入之正壓氣體,俾使物料儲槽內為正壓狀態。

Abstract

A continuous feeding device is disclosed. The continuous feeding device comprises a suction feeder, a first rotary valve disposed below the suction feeder, an air valve intercommunicated with the first rotary valve, a second rotary valve disposed below the first rotary valve, a gate valve disposed below the second rotary valve and a materials storage disposed below the gate valve. Materials are sucked into the suck feeder through a suction port and sent to the first rotary valve through a sending port. The materials are from the suction feeder sequentially into the first and second rotary valve so as to consecutively enter into the materials storage by the rotation of the first and the second rotary valve. The outside air enters into the suck feeder via the air valve through the first rotary valve, while the materials storage receives a positive pressure gas from the external, thereby the material storage have a positive pressure during receiving materials.

技術特色

利用兩組旋轉閥、一組空氣電磁閥及一組閘閥以真空吸料方式將生質物送入儲槽內,將生質物粉(粒)體送至正壓反應器時,解決輸送過程中所產生之架橋、結塊、阻塞等問題。

應用範圍

正壓反應器之進料系統包括:生質物裂解產油系統、廢塑膠產油系統、生質物氣化系統。
