技術名稱: 薄型化矽晶太陽能電池

技術簡介

利用太陽能模組回收的矽晶電池片經適當處理成無損傷之回收矽晶片後,經由化學蝕刻後進行回收晶片薄型化處理再製成電池,目標除了再製電池可達到高轉換效率,同時可以透過薄化而實現可撓性太陽能電池的利基應用,特別有利於太陽能電動車應用市場。實驗測試以回收晶片製作成薄型化電池,以171 um厚平均電池效率為18.16%的老一代3BB (busbar)單晶矽Al-BSF原生電池,經過回收處理以雙脈衝雷射開出溝槽製成152 um厚效率為20.01% 5BB的PERC再生薄型化電池,絕對效率增加1.85%,電池瓦數增加0.45W/pc。

Abstract

This project is to make solar cells by using the reclaimed silicon wafers form the silicon solar cells recycled without damage from solar modules. The thin wafers and thin solar cells are prepared due to the chemical etching processing. Our goal is to achieve recycling solar cells with a high conversion efficiency. At the same time, it can realize the niche application of flexible solar cells by taking advantage of thinning, which is beneficial to the solar electric vehicle application market. The pilot experiment was performed to make thin solar cells by using reclaimed wafers. The old-generation 3-busbar mono silicon BSF solar cells with a 171 um thick and average cell efficiency of 18.16% is recycled and used to make a 152 um thick PERC with an efficiency of 20.01% 5-busbar. Regenerative thin solar cell, absolute efficiency increased by 1.85%, cell wattage increased by 0.45W/pc.

Technical Specification

The average thickness of reclaimed wafers is 150 μm. The recombination current density is less than 50 fA/cm2. The conversion efficiency of remanufactured 5BB PERC is greater than 20%.

技術特色

適用現有PERC電池產線,不需額外的設備相關成本支出。回收再製之電池結構簡單並無選擇性射極技術,即可較原生電池效率明顯提升。
