技術簡介

本創作之基本目的在開發新型LED頭燈模組中的之傳熱元件設計，透過兩個以上的LED串聯或並聯設計，達到散熱設計過程中，避免單一熱點的發生，產生車燈模組全然失效的情形發生，此散熱模組設計可與大幅度降低LED燈粒之溫升於40 oC內，降低汽車頭燈操作時的失效機率。

Abstract

The basic purpose of this creation is to develop the heat transfer element design in the new LED headlight module. Through the series or parallel design of two or more LEDs, in the process of heat dissipation design, the occurrence of a single hot spot can be avoided and the headlight module completely failure, the design of this heat dissipation module can greatly reduce the temperature rise of the LED lamp chips within 40 oC, reducing the failure probability of automobile headlights during operation.
