iSleePad.
ITRI has developed iSleePad for all ages and iPetSuite for pets to facilitate smart health management. Both devices use non-contact sensing technology to monitor physiological data such as heart rate and breathing during sleep. They employ radar communication to detect physiological changes and transmit real-time data to a mobile phone. They also feature abnormal bed exit detection and instant alerts, allowing caregivers to monitor the user's status at all times. Integrated with AI analysis, the technology can record health data and detect potential health problems at early stages to enable timely response or medical consultation.
Applications & Benefits
Unlike wearable devices, iSleePad and iPetSuite are built into sleeping pads, requiring no wires or additional operation that may disturb daily sleeping habits. The sleeping pads can also be rolled up and carried anywhere. In addition, iSleePad utilizes Schumann waves to promote deep sleep and enhance sleep quality through the natural resonance frequency of 7.83 Hz.
