Technology Overview
Geothermal Fracture Fluids Imaging Technology
Traditional geothermal survey methods are limited by depth and resolution when analyzing deep fractures and fluid flow conditions, which can hinder well drilling for geothermal development. The Geothermal Fracture Fluids Imaging Technology overcomes these surface detection restrictions by improving depth and resolution through 4D fluid imaging, downhole fracture imaging, and well pipeline source detection. 4D fluid imaging technology uses metal well pipes as electrodes, refining the measurement accuracy from the millivolt to microvolt level. It precisely quantifies water content and fluid distribution in the stratum.
Downhole fracture imaging technology, integrated with distributed acoustic sensing and vertical seismic profiling, increases fracture analysis accuracy by 5 to 10 times, with precision down to less than 10 meters. The detection range is extended to 250 meters around the drilling well.
