技術簡介

 手持式傳染病即時分子檢測系統。
手持式傳染病即時分子檢測系統。

小型化的手持式分子檢測系統,跳脫傳統龐大加熱模組方式,改以創新機構設計搭配溫度控制手段實現聚合酶鏈鎖反應(PCR),不需要移動物件或其他複雜控制裝置,即可有效率地達到核酸擴增條件,並研發專屬的光學即時偵測模組,可達到定性或半定量快速檢測,最快可於30分鐘內得到定性判別結果。適用於各醫護或檢測點,結合試劑開發發展病毒或細菌之感染性疾病、基因變異、農漁牧及基改食品等各類分子診斷應用。
