奈米銀線血糖感測器

技術簡介

工研院開發的直徑及長度具較佳均一性之奈米銀線,於最佳反應條件下可得平均長度20μm、平均直徑91nm、銀線比率大於80%、長徑比(aspect ratio)大於200、產率大於90%之奈米銀線;此外,也可以調控奈米銀線的長徑比,將其應用於抗電磁波、導電、導熱及抗菌產品皆能呈現出優異特性。

特色與創新

目前市面上碳墨式血糖試片因導電度不穩定造成精準度差,導致患者血糖測量值假性升高,造成誤診進而危害病患;貴金屬式血糖測試片具高檢測精準度,但價格較碳墨式昂貴許多,因此推廣困難。為解決目前市售血糖試片缺點,本計畫結合奈米銀線試量產技術,快速(<30 min)合成高長徑比(>200)奈米銀線,達到每批次340g,應用於生物感測電極開發。以高長徑比奈米銀線作為導電電極填充物,在低固含量(≦5%)下(一般導電膠需加入50%以上導電材) 即可具高導電度,可降低生產成本,同時祼片製程縮短成只需印刷一次即可,為目前同業中唯一具備高檢測精準度(誤差值<10%)、優異電化學特性(抗干擾性)、高導電率(R<1Ω)、高穩定性(僅需一次網版印刷)、成本合理的奈米銀線血糖感測試片。可應用領域或產業應用包括血糖、尿酸、膽固醇…等感測試片。
