生物活性成分功效評估技術

特用作物中含有多種生物活性成分,可利用冷凍乾燥方式去除特用作物水分並保持生物活性成分,藉由極性和非極性溶劑以及低溫萃取方式以獲取高含量與高活性成分之粗萃溶液。再經分層萃取與純化進行,可得到高純度生物活性物質,可作為生技產品原料。利用多種抗氧化、抑菌實驗以評估特用作物之生物功效性提升特用作物價值。
