工研院研發之木質纖維素解聚技術,以創新離子溶液配方搭配現有化工製程,無須特殊製程設備設計,可於中低溫(<130℃)及常壓反應條件下,快速將木質纖維素中纖維素及半纖維素轉換為醣類產品。

特色與創新

突破現有木質纖維素酵素與強酸水解產醣製程放大瓶頸,能提供低成本水解醣類給下游醣應用產業使用。

應用與效益

已授權國內業者並於馬來西亞地區建置全球首座離子溶液木質纖維素解聚示範廠。未來將整合東南亞豐沛生質料源,鏈結國內生質精煉產業鏈,使國內關鍵技術、系統整合和服務模式之能量,加速拓展至東南亞等國際市場。
