技術簡介

 生態材料高值化加工技術。
生態材料高值化加工技術。

為快速去化具經濟規模且料源集中的農業加工廢棄物,工研院研發生態材料高值化加工技術,協助廠商處理每年超過6,000 噸、清除費用高達600 萬的檸檬皮渣廢棄物。此外並以生態材料高值化加工技術衍生出的青貯處理技術,開發出低成本反芻動物飼料及天然果膠,提升牛隻泌乳量和肉質,並產出高價果膠應用,提高檸檬皮渣的高附加價值。

特色與創新

此技術有別於國外乾燥及造粒技術所製造的產品,可達到節能及保留營養成分效果。

應用與效益

成功鏈結在地乳牛、肉牛及食品加工等相關產業,創造農業循環產業生態系,協助業者開拓飼料及食品市場商機,並將營運模式複製至如馬來西亞等新南向國家,創造國際化產業效益。
