生質FDCA試量產技術平台

技術簡介

2,5-呋喃二甲酸(2,5-furandicarboxylic acid,FDCA)是相當重要的生質關鍵材料,可以作為聚酯的單體,而聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate,PEF)是性質優越的新世代生質材料,其阻氣性已被證明遠優於聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(poly ethylene terephthalate,PET),預估PEF在寶特瓶、機能性纖維和包裝材料都能夠建立廣泛的應用。Avantium將於2023-2024年於比利時建立5千噸的FDCA廠,並與日本Mitsui、Toyobo等公司聯盟,積極發展PEF酯粒、PEF薄膜產品技術,預期FDCA相關產品會成為產業的亮點。

特色與創新

由於FDCA的重要性及應用性,本技術平台建立FDCA試量產技術,除了批次式氧化合成(每批次~5Kg),並建置連續式氧化合成平台(7 Kg/day),FDCA的純度可達98%。

應用與效益

藉由純化可將FDCA純度提昇至99.5%,除了供貨給下游應用開發,也提供氧化驗證。除此之外,也建立FDCA上下游技術平台,從HMF、FDCA、DMFDC以及PEF皆提供供貨測試及技術驗證。
