倒極式電透析脫鹽再生技術

技術簡介

水資源缺乏是全球議題,經濟快速的發展更使得各地開始面臨用水不足的危機,水資源再生利用已成為必要課題。水再生利用的關鍵在於脫除水中鹽類。目前只有三種技術可用於廢水脫鹽回收,即逆滲透(RO)、離子交換樹脂與電透析。離子交換樹脂只適用於低導電度廢水,否則再生液過多沒有效益。RO被廣泛使用在海水或鹹水脫鹽,也常被使用於廢水回收,但廢水成分複雜,RO系統易發生阻塞。倒極式電透析技術(EDR)因具有可控制較高之脫鹽率與回收率,且EDR膜也具有壽命長、不易結垢與易清洗之特點,為適合應用在工業廢水導電度去除與回收之水再生技術。

特色與創新

工研院開發之EDR脫鹽技術充分發揮EDR抗垢的特性,並可藉二氧化矽離子化後將其分離,已申請相關專利(如水回收處理系統及水回收處理方法、降低水中二氧化矽的方法)。

應用與效益

可擴展於各種行業水與廢水的工程應用,譬如地下水脫鹽、河川水脫鹽、冷卻循環水脫鹽、RO濃縮水脫鹽、製程廢水脫鹽回收再利用等,對於水中鹽類濃度500~3000mg/L尤其適合。
