技術簡介

 中空纖維膜薄膜蒸餾技。
中空纖維膜薄膜蒸餾技。

薄膜蒸餾技術係利用廢熱增加廢水溫度,廢水流經多孔且疏水性薄膜一側,薄膜另一側以低溫水循環,控制薄膜兩側水溫高低溫差,以薄膜兩側流體接觸面的蒸氣壓差為趨動力,使水蒸氣分子經薄膜孔洞,由高溫側傳輸到低溫側,於低溫側凝結成液體。本技術具孔洞薄膜而能夠達到脫鹽效果,且其操作壓力低,若結合廠內廢熱,更可以大幅降低操作成本,為一種能資源整合之新穎技術。

特色與創新

水回收及海淡脫鹽技術
適用範圍:0.1-3.5%之TDS濃度
優點:適用範圍廣,且較不受TDS濃度影響,可以獲得高品質之產水

氨氮回收技術
適用範圍:氨氮濃度從數百至數萬mg/L之範圍均可適用
優點:可以依據不同進流水氨氮濃度及回收產品用途進行最適化流程設計及安排,使氨氮可以從廢棄物處理轉換成資源再利用,為一種綠色處理技術

近零排放技術
適用範圍:進水TDS濃度數千至數萬mg/L之範圍均可適用
優點:薄膜蒸餾較不受離子濃度形成滲透壓所影響,可以作為蒸發罐之替代技術,使近零排放之初設費用及操作成本大幅降低
