REDDEX™環保防火材料技術

技術簡介

 有別於傳統高分子混掺難燃劑的方法,REDDEX™技術以有機、無機混成反應的創新技術構想,結合有機材料易加工與無機材料不燃燒的優點,開創出在1,000℃火燄下仍能維持結構、不著火燃燒之無鹵防火材料。

特色與創新

此材料遇火焰及高熱時,有機成分炭化再經無機粉體補強,形成具多孔性、堅固且不易剝落的複合炭化層(防火層),可避免熱直接傳遞至內部之易燃材料;而無機材料也會產生脫水降溫。兼具高防火、阻熱、可撓、無鹵與低煙毒性,為傳統防火材料所無法比擬。

應用與效益

此技術榮獲2010年全球百大科技獎(R&D 100 Awards)、2011年航空領域挑戰創新獎(AW A&D SIC Awards)和2012年國家發明創作獎銀牌。
