奈米光熱粉體與保暖紡織品開發技術

技術簡介

 工研院開發的「奈米光熱粉體與保暖紡織品開發技術」,透過創新的粉體合成、表面改質、粒徑控制、均勻分散等技術,將外界的日光、燈光、人體散發之熱射線吸收儲存在纖維內淺色透明的高蓄熱粉體中,製成保暖紡織品,不僅降低製造成本,也大幅提升光熱效率。

現有光熱保暖紡織品,主要以電子產業規格的光熱粉體為材料,價錢昂貴,為提升紡織產業競爭力,工研院開發的「奈米光熱粉體與保暖紡織品開發技術」,透過創新的粉體合成、表面改質、粒徑控制、均勻分散等技術,將外界的日光、燈光、人體散發之熱射線吸收儲存在纖維內淺色透明的高蓄熱粉體中,製成保暖紡織品。

特色與創新

不僅降低製造成本,也大幅提升光熱效率(較市售產品提升50% 以上);搭配高級纖維織造而成的發熱衣,更具彈性親膚觸感細緻之特質。

應用與效益

透過此技術串連粉體、纖維、成衣上中下游廠商,以及協助中游染整織造產業轉型至人造纖維產業,建立國際品牌,以滿足多樣化的消費型態,擴展新機能紡織品經濟效益與國際市場版圖。
