技術簡介

 可循環高值化聚烯彈性體。
可循環高值化聚烯彈性體。

動態交聯彈性體(TPV)是種具有一般塑膠的熱可塑加工性與傳統熱固型橡膠之回彈性的新型彈性體材料,目前以汽車與建築產業為最大的應用領域,但仍依賴進口,國內尚無相關成熟技術。

特色與創新

為協助國內塑/橡膠與中下游加工業者投入具有高值化,且可回收循環再製的彈性體材料,工研院已開發多種TPV包含:「耐磨耐油PP/NBR系統」、「耐候型PP/EPDM系統」、「高透明與制震止滑型PP/SEPS系統」與目前已成功建立試量產製程技術的「耐溫/耐油型Nylon/ACM系統」,同時已成功獲得多項國內外專利。透過建構高長徑比(L/D=60)的雙螺桿連續反應押出製程技術平台,可協助業者設計並開發不同塑/橡膠組合之TPV新材料,並加速驗證其試量產可行性。

應用與效益

此外,工研院更深入針對TPV型態操控(雙螺桿組態模擬技術)、型態分析技術、物性驗證等技術累積研發能量,並整合國內上下游石化產業鏈以開發國產高品級TPV 材料。可應用於車材或建築用高性能彈性體、3C及機電用制震熱塑彈性體等可循環高值化產品,協助廠商建立原物料自主、價格主導、材料性能競爭力的優勢。
