複合雙驅式旋轉軸

  1. Hybrid複合驅動專利技術,搭配低速比減速傳動方式,利用兩側小規格直驅馬達放大主軸頭扭力,成本約市售1/2 。
  2. 獨創兼具高轉速(50rpm以上)與高扭力(1000Nm以上)之旋轉主軸頭驅動技術,以少於20%體積的空間設計即可倍增57倍以上之動力輸出。
  3. 獨創齒隙消除裝置專利技術,使用兩組驅動器協調控制小規格馬達,不但簡化伺服控制模式,更進一步有效降低成本。

  1. 最高轉速:50rpm/旋轉行程:210度
  2. 旋轉定位精度:<5弧秒/重覆定位精度:<2.5秒
  3. 最大輸出轉矩:1000 Nm
  4. 單一直驅馬達輸入額定轉矩:19 Nm/減速機速比:57 : 1
