車銑複合加工控制技術

  1. 工研院新一代的車銑複合加工中心控制技術。
  2. 高速雙核心運算引擎:雙核心CPU,可支援專屬運動及人機運算需求。
  3. 全數位串列通訊伺服控制介面:EtherCAT/RTEX 等。
  4. 全數位串列通訊I/O控制介面:泛用型EtherCAT通訊,48/32 I/O模組。
  5. 觸控螢幕與全鍵式鍵盤:直覺式觸控操作搭配全鍵式鍵盤操作。
  6. 快速模擬功能 : 2D車削快速模擬功能,速度達每秒50單節以上。
  7. 高擴充彈性:軟體伺服運動控制技術,採用INTEL雙核心處理器(ATOM - CORE-i5),滿足車床到多系統車銑複合控制的擴充需求。

車床及車銑複合加工中心機,各式相關之加工機與產業機械。
