高階工具機量測實驗室

服務說明

五軸工具機設備的加工精度表現決定了該設備在工具機市場的定位,經過旋轉軸與直線軸同動的合成,可達成具負角之複雜零件加工,旋轉軸與直線軸的幾何誤差量測與補償機制,可以弭補工具機幾何精度表現。

本實驗室建構國內高階工具機應用領域所需之量測設備,龍門五軸工具機所需之跨橋式天車龍門結構雙雷射誤差補償分析技術,IBS五軸動態精度校正儀等,可協助工具機業者快速量測整機誤差及進行誤差補償。結合雷射旋轉軸誤差量測技術,可協助執行單軸之靜態精度量測;BallBar動態精度量測技術,可協助執行同動軸之動態精度量測。

攸關工具機切削性能之展現,則有工具機切削性能檢測設備、工具機熱溫昇之熱影像儀等高階工具機製造應用之量測設備與技術,協助國內工具機業者快速量測工具機精度與性能的表現,快速導入高值化高效能加工應用領域,保有國內工具機在國際市場的競爭優勢。
