技術名稱: 竹材炭化技術

技術簡介

可針對不同炭化材料客製化設計,依據原材料含水率不同,炭收率約25-30%,醋液收集率約30-35%。其產物可作為土壤優化、病蟲害防治和促進作物生長,減少農肥料使用量;熱能可提供熱水或作物乾燥使用。預計每年產生上億元的衍生效益。

Abstract

It can be designed depending on the various carbonized material. Depending on the moisture level of the raw material, the carbon yield is 25-30% and vinegar yield is 30-35%. Its products can be used for soil optimization, pest control and crop growth promotion to reduce the use of agricultural fertilizers. The thermal energy can provide hot water or be used to dry crops. The system can drive more than NT$ 10 million worth of derivative benefits per year.

臺灣每年有千萬公噸含木質纖維素之農林廢棄物,若能以零廢棄循環利用方式,產生高附加價值的生質物及能源回收利用,將可提升農業循環經濟再利用的產值,同時減少農業廢棄物處理成本。 Taiwan annually produces more than ten million tons of agricultural waste with lignocellulose. If zero waste recycling can be used to generate high-value-added biomass and energy recovery and utilization can be applied, it will increase the output value of agricultural recycling economy reuse and reduce agricultural waste treatment costs. Normally however, incineration or external heating carbonization produce biochar and consume large amounts of energy. ITRI’s Energy-saving Fast Biochar Expert System uses a direct-thermal anoxic combustion system through an intelligent control interface.
