技術簡介

無油渦卷式空壓機產品具備高效、低噪等優勢，其運轉過程中無須添加潤滑油，將有利於壓縮氣體無油化，可簡化濾油機構設計、並提升設備維護效率。因應渦卷設計需求，由工研院綠能所開發一套無油渦卷線型量測分析軟體，相關基本簡介與軟體操作流程將於報告中呈現，以完成標準之軟體使用說明手冊。軟體主要功能包含：渦卷漸開線基本參數設定、線型分析與過濾、內外渦卷線型圖形量測結果等。本研究將目前發展之分析軟體配合實測比對，進而能輔助設計人員並在實際產品開發之設計上提供有用的參考。

Abstract

The oil-free scroll compressor without adding lubricating oil is beneficial to the oil-free compressed gas during the operation of compressor. In addition, it can effectively simplify the design of the oil filter mechanism and improve the maintenance efficiency of the equipment. A software for air compression scrolls line generation (for high compression ratio) and computer-aided performance analysis for oil-free scroll air compressors will be established. Through the software analysis technology, the key parameters of the design and development of oil-free scroll compressors can be effectively analyzed. For example, the scroll compressor’s volume ratio can be increased, and with a variable compression ratio design to enhance the compressor operating range. By this way, the technical basis for the subsequent development of oil-free scroll air compressors could be established.

技術規格

無油渦卷線型量測分析軟體，包括下列功能模組： 1. 基本參數顯示區：渦卷漸開線參數量測(基圓中心、基圓半徑、展開角等)。 2. 內/外渦線計算區：記錄內/外渦卷線型分析後參數平均值及偏差量。 3. 功能區：執行量測計算與過濾。 4. 顯示圖表區：顯示內/外渦卷線型量測結果(線型量測、量測誤差統計分佈)。 5. 圖形分析區：顯示內/外渦卷線型資料數據(各量測點線型與誤差座標)。

Technical Specification

Oil-free scroll line measurement and analysis software, including the following functional modules： 1. Basic parameter display area：Scroll involute parameter measurement (base circle center, base circle radius, expansion angle, etc.). 2. Inner/outer vortex calculation area：record the average value and deviation of parameters after inner/outer vortex analysis. 3. Functional area：Perform measurement calculation and filtering. 4. Display chart area：display the inner/outer scroll line shape measurement results (line shape measurement, measurement error statistical distribution). 5. Graphical analysis area：display the inner/outer scroll line shape data (line shape and error coordinates of each measurement point).

技術特色

本技術之分析結果將有利於輔助渦卷相關產品(真空泵、壓縮機、空壓機等)之設計開發。本研究將目前發展之分析軟體配合實測比對，進而能輔助設計人員並在實際產品開發之設計上提供有用的參考。
