技術簡介

本技術為開發一化學品大氣擴散模擬模組，該模組透過建構化學品基礎物化特性資料庫，結合氣象與地理高程公示資訊，導入常見大氣擴散模式，利用電腦自動化運算預測化學品在直接洩漏、液池、儲槽及氣體管線等不同洩漏情境之濃度。該模組已完成本土化物聯網網頁語言，能夠結合地址定位產出預估洩漏量及影響後果區域，使用者可立即獲得擴散模擬資訊，根據災害影響範圍擬定救災計畫進行救援，亦能提供化學品運作業者做為災前風險控管之依據，有效強化災害預防、減低災害損失。

Abstract

The Chemical Atmosphere Dispersion Simulation Module (CADSM) is developed by ITRI. The module possesses integrated chemical database, local meteorological and geographical information. Based on widely used atmospheric dispersion model, it could predict the concentration and threat zone under different leakage scenario through automatic computation. The module has been developed as website which could be used more conveniently and generally. The simulation result could be exported the result as report file or geographical information file, which is applicable to emergency response plan and hazard risk assessment.

技術特色

1.模式依據使用者輸入地址定位將指定區域的基本環境條件及化學品洩漏情境，透過獲取該區域的熱力平衡及大氣穩定度，可即時預測可能的洩漏濃度資訊，近一步結合危害區域範圍，獲得當前化學品擴散模擬預測濃度資訊。 2.模擬完畢可即時提供化學品模擬報告及地理數據檔案（kml檔）下載，讓使用者進行後續加值分析利用。
