Abstract
In response to digital transformation trends and smart manufacturing, grinding equipment incorporates a grinding wheel condition analysis module. This module utilizes proactive feedback to reduce wheel clogging and dulling, thereby maintaining consistent grinding performance. This strategic implementation enhances the competitiveness of grinding equipment manufacturers, empowering domestic companies to increase equipment autonomy and fill the technological gap within the industry.

Technical Specification
We successfully discern four types of grinding wheel surface conditions (high clogging/low clogging/normal/idle rotation) with a discrimination rate of ≥80%.
