技術簡介

本技術可應用於機械沖床之製程荷重分析，提供峰值、偏心量、包絡檢測、穩定性指標、品質指標等5項智慧診斷功能，並可定期執行峰值/偏心/穩定性自動趨勢預測功能

Abstract

The proposed technique focuses on the pressing force (tonnage) monitoring, prognosis, and diagnosis of mechanical presses, where the tonnage analysis contains five powerful functions: peak value detection, eccentricity measurement, envelope detection, stability indicators, and quality indicators. It can also perform periodic automated trend prediction for peak values, eccentricity, and stability.

技術規格

沖壓荷重分析具備峰值、偏心量、包絡檢測、穩定性指標、品質指標等5項分析功能，並可支援最高120SPM的生產速度，且可定期執行峰值/偏心/穩定性自動趨勢預測功能，預測誤差MAPE皆在20％以下。

Technical Specification

The pressing force analysis contains five powerful functions: peak value detection, eccentricity measurement, envelope detection, stability indicators, and quality indicators, where support max produces speed 120SPM and performs periodic automated trend prediction for peak values, eccentricity, and stability within 20％ MAPE prediction error.

本技術所提之製程荷重分析，主要以軟體函式庫形式為主可自行選擇欲搭配之荷重感測器，並可快速整合至PC-Based控制器或機邊運算系統，提供沖床業者快速導入智慧診斷之應用。
