Abstract

ased on the input material characteristics and extrusion output requirements, provide the necessary design parameters for each section (feeding section/melting zone/metering zone) of the extruder screw. Additionally, incorporate operational condition settings to evaluate whether the plasticization performance of the extruder meets the specified requirements.
