技術簡介
再生能源具間歇波動特性,需搭配儲能方案以達最大化利用。本技術開發再生能源電解產氫系統,兼具高效率及快速變載之功效,為再生能源長時間儲能方案。產出氫氣可於用電需求尖峰時段用於發電回供電網,亦可轉作氫能載具如客運巴士、物流車、小型車等,以及工業製程用氫、鍋爐替代燃料等,達到零排放能源多元利用之效益。
Abstract
Renewable energy has intermittent fluctuation characteristics and needs to be matched with energy storage solutions to maximize utilization. This technology develops a hydrogen production system by electrolysis based on renewable energy that combines high efficiency and rapid load variation technology, and is a long-term energy storage solution for renewable energy. The produced hydrogen can be used to generate electricity back to the power grid during peak periods of electricity demand. It can also be used for transportation, such as hydrogen buses, logistics vehicles, small vehicles, etc., as well as hydrogen for industrial processes, alternative fuel for boilers, etc., to achieve zero emissions. The benefits of this technology is to maximum the diversified utilization of renewable energy.

技術特色
瓩級高壓電解產氫系統設計整合自主開發之AEM電解槽及高壓氫氣卻水槽、電解液混合槽等BoP組件,完成高效率高壓電解系統設計。開發快速變載控制及系統失效分析技術,可因應再生能源負載變動情境,配合場域整體能源管理需求,達到長時間穩定氫能儲能之效益。
