技術名稱: 啟發式機制在磁浮冰水機停機流程的應用

技術簡介

現代空調系統的運轉效能直接影響著設備的安全性、能源效益和營運。在這個背景下,壓縮機的停機流程成為實現優化的關鍵環節。傳統停機流程的挑戰在於其受到系統動態性質和外部環境變化的影響,導致停機時間過長,進而影響整個系統的效能。為應對這一挑戰,本技術引入一種創新的方法,即啟發式機制,以實現對壓縮機停機流程的高效優化。啟發式機制基於經驗和直覺,通過實時數據分析、預測性模型和即時控制策略的結合,旨在提高系統的動態適應性,從而縮短停機時間並優化整體性能。本技術包含啟發式機制的原理、實施流程以及其在壓縮機停機中的實際效果。本技術提供一種有效的解決方案,改進現有空調系統的停機流程,從而提高系統的安全性和效率。

Abstract

The operational efficiency of modern refrigeration systems directly affects the safety, energy efficiency and sustainable operation of the equipment. In this context, the compressor shutdown process becomes a key link to achieve optimization. The challenge with the traditional shutdown process is that it is affected by the dynamic nature of the system and changes in the external environment, resulting in long downtime, which in turn affects the performance of the entire system. To address this challenge, this report introduces an innovative method, namely a heuristic mechanism, to achieve efficient optimization of the compressor shutdown process. Based on experience and intuition, heuristic mechanisms are designed to improve the dynamic adaptability of the system through a combination of real-time data analysis, predictive models and on-the-fly control strategies, thereby reducing downtime and optimizing overall performance. In the following chapters we will delve into the principles of this heuristic, its implementation and its practical effect in compressor shutdown. Through this study, we aim to provide an effective solution to improve the shutdown process of existing refrigeration systems, thus increasing the safety and efficiency of the system.
