技術簡介
一種冰水機變頻器冷卻控制方法,包括以下步驟:由一冰水主機內的冷凝器之儲液槽內抽取一部分冷媒至一變頻器之冷卻板之內進行冷卻;藉由一設定條件控制一電子式膨脹閥(EEXV)之開度,控制該變頻器之該冷卻板之內的冷媒流量;以及經冷卻後的冷媒,通過電子式膨脹閥(EEXV)之後,進入冰水主機內的蒸發器內完成循環。
Abstract
A cooling control method for a frequency converter of a chiller , which includes the following steps: extracting a portion of the refrigerant from a liquid storage tank of a condenser in a chiller to a cooling plate of an inverter for cooling; through a set condition Control the opening of an electronic expansion valve (EEXV) to control the refrigerant flow in the cooling plate of the inverter; and the cooled refrigerant, after passing through the electronic expansion valve (EEXV), enters the chiller. The cycle is completed in the evaporator.
技術規格
一種冰水機具有一變頻壓縮機、一冷凝器、一冷媒流量控制閥、一蒸發器以及一控制器。壓縮機更具有一溫度偵測器及搭載變頻器,而冷凝器上則具有一壓力偵測器。冷媒流量控制閥連接於冷凝器與蒸發器之間,用以控制進入蒸發器之冷媒流量。
Technical Specification
A chiller comprises a variable frequency compressor, a condenser, a refrigerant flow control valve, an evaporator, and a controller. The compressor is equipped with a temperature sensor and a VFD. The condenser is equipped with a pressure sensor. The refrigerant flow control valve is connected between the condenser and the evaporator to control the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator.
