技術簡介

本技術為開發雙壓單系統磁浮主軸離心式冰水機系統之設計技術，括同時建立運轉控制技術，並依需求建構PLC控制器硬體、元件與接線圖後，建立冰水機自動控制流程架構與動作流程圖；最後建立冰水機容調模式，並擬定研發策略方向進行控制程式撰寫。可程式控制器(PLC)在控制器內架構系統控制的主程式，利用主機的數位輸入/輸出接點監測保護點狀態、控制壓縮機與周邊元件的啟停與開關動作，並串接類比輸入模組擷取冷媒壓力、水流量、轉速、電流、液位、閥開度等資訊，與溫度模組擷取冷媒溫度、冷卻水溫度、冰水溫度與馬達溫度，透過類比輸出模組控制變頻器頻率、電子式膨脹閥開度、擴壓寬度，以及藉由RS485通訊界面串接綜合電力計與磁浮控制器等取得運轉電壓、電流、功率因素與消耗功率等相關資訊，以整合主要與附屬設備進行冰水機系統的控制。

Abstract

This technologies established the two centrifugal compressors in one refrigeration system and the control. Built the PLC controller hardware, components, and wiring diagram according to the requirements; and then founded the automatic control flow structure and drew the flow chart; set up the adjustment mode, and formulated the development strategy direction for control programming. The main program of system control is built in the controller. The digital input/output contact of the host is used to monitor the status of the protection point and control the start/stop action of compressor and the peripheries; capture refrigerant pressure, water flow rate, rotation speed, electric current, liquid level, and valve opening by serially connecting to the analog input module; control the refrigerant temperature, cooling water temperature, chilling water temperature, and motor temperature by connecting to the temperature module; control the inverter frequency, electric expansion valve opening, and air admission guide vane by the analog output module. And the main and auxiliary equipment can be integrated for the controlling of the chiller system.
