技術簡介
電網互動式能源管理系統將國際通訊標準OpenADR(Open Automated Demand Response)協定整合至能源管理系統中,使其具備自動化需量反應能力,並於家樂福便利購超市完成通訊整合與測試,確認系統具備ADR所需之電力資訊回報、需量反應事件接收與設備卸載測試和復歸之能力。
Abstract
The completed smart grid interactive energy management system integrates the international communication standard Open Automated Demand Response into the energy management system to enable it to have automated demand response capabilities, and completes communication integration and testing in Carrefour supermarket. Confirm that the system has the power information reporting required by ADR, the ability to receive demand response events, and the equipment unloading test and reset.
技術規格
1. 具備自動化需量反應通訊能力,系統VEN(Virtual End Node)可接收來自台電VTN(Virtual Top Node)之指令,並透過API告知EMS降載事件(Event)開始時間與持續時間。
2. 系統亦可透過API定期回報(Report)用電數據。
3. 抑低控制設備:具備空調、冷凍、冷藏系統用電之整合抑低控制策略。
4. 抑低事件預測演算法:利用歷史資料預測抑低事件發生時間,預先進行冷凍藏與空調系統熱負載與除霜轉移,增進抑低量。
5. 深度學習節能控制技術:運用強化式深度學習演算法,對空調、冷凍櫃、冷藏櫃,進行最佳化控制。
Technical Specification
1. Equipped with automatic demand response communication capabilities, VEN module can receive commands from Taipower’s VTN, and notify EMS of the start time and duration of load shedding events through the API.
2. The system can also regularly report electricity data through the API.
3. Coordinated and integrated control of AC and refrigerator system for demand response.
4. Demand response event prediction algorithm: Use historical data to predict the occurrence time of demand response events, and pre execute heat load and defrost shifting of the refrigeration and air-conditioning systems in advance to increase the energy saving benefits.
5. Deep learning energy-saving control technology: Use deep reinforcement learning algorithms to optimally control air conditioners, freezers, and refrigerated cabinets.
技術特色
一年中有98%之時間,電力系統負載低於尖峰負載之93%,比起興建電廠,推動需量反應技術更為經濟。且近年再生能源比例逐漸提高造成電網供電不穩定,需量反應技術即可做為再生能源問題之技術解決方案。國際目前均往Grid-interactive Building發展,市場上缺乏系統級ADR解決方案,且國內低壓需量反應方案亦進入試驗期,EMS與電網之統整整合為未來EMS方向,有利於提升EMS附加價值及加速商業推廣。
