技術簡介
利用張膜夾持治具將編織網片展平固定,以解決材料皺褶彎曲問題,並將編織網片置入具備保溫效果之浸塗槽進行浸塗,使生物墨水或特殊配方披覆於網片表面,提升組織網片的生物相容性。設備採用G-code程式,可依照製程需求進行浸塗、乾燥及中途點之位置與時間之多樣化動作編輯。
Abstract
Utilizing a tensioning fixture, the woven mesh is expertly flattened and securely anchored, eliminating concerns associated with material wrinkling. Subsequently, the mesh is immersed in a thermally insulated coating tank, where it is coated with either bio-ink or a specialized formula, thereby improving the biological compatibility of the tissue mesh. The equipment operates with G-code programming, affording the flexibility to coating, drying, intermediate positioning and time reguired according to specific process requirements.
