技術簡介
金屬加工產業(如:研磨、拋光、去毛邊),大量仰賴人力研磨拋光,但現場作業環境噪音粉塵嚴重,面臨缺工問題,加上世代斷層年輕人不願意加入勞力密集產業,因此研磨經驗傳承困難,導致品質穩定度不佳。若導入機器人教導費時,工件換線時間冗長,需費大量時間調整路徑與製程參數,新工件耗時7~14個工作日,加上客戶生產模式的改變,造成頻繁換線生產現象,工件外型複雜,使得彈性製造無法實現
Abstract
The metal processing industry (such as grinding, polishing, and deburring) heavily relies on manual grinding and polishing, but the on-site working environment is plagued by severe noise and dust issues. Additionally, the industry faces a shortage of labor, compounded by the fact that the younger generation is unwilling to join labor-intensive industries. This difficulty in passing down grinding experience leads to poor stability in product quality. Introducing robots for training is time-consuming, and the changeover time for workpieces is lengthy, requiring significant time for adjusting paths and process parameters. The production of new workpieces takes 7 to 14 working days, and with changes in customer production patterns, frequent changeovers occur. The complex shapes of workpieces make achieving flexible manufacturing unattainable.
