透過潔淨室內負載變化,根據外氣溫、濕度,室內溫、濕度以及人員活動等因素進行即時調整冰水閥門的開度。以維持冰水出、回水溫差,以減少製冷需求,從而節省電力。
Abstract
Through changes in the cleanroom’s internal load, the opening of the chilled water valve is adjusted in real-time based on factors such as outdoor temperature, humidity, indoor temperature, humidity, and personnel activity. This is done to maintain the temperature difference between the chilled water supply and return, reducing cooling demand and thereby saving electricity.

透過收集現場實際測量的數據,包括FFU(Fan Filter Unit)的風速、潔淨室內的溫度、濕度、機台熱源以及環境壓力等關鍵參數,預測式負載與控制模型準確率80%。

Through the collection of real-time measured data, including key parameters such as fan speed of Fan Filter Units (FFUs), temperature, humidity, machine heat sources, and environmental pressure in the clean room, the accuracy of predictive loading and control models can reach 80%.
