技術名稱: 智慧靜壓輔助高阻尼單元

技術簡介

完成阻尼間隙調整單元;利用加速規與振動計量測主軸振動量,以建立在相同供油壓力與流量之下,不同阻尼間隙之主軸振動量,轉速30,000rpm時,阻尼油壓力=24.5kgf/cm2,流量=2.05Liter/min之狀況下,無阻尼間隙時之主軸振動量=0.96mm/s,阻尼間隙=0.5mm時之主軸振動量=0.56mm/s。主軸振動量降低至無阻尼主軸振動量百分比=(0.56/0.96)x100%=58.3%

Abstract

The damping gap adjustment unit has been completed. Using accelerometers and vibration meters to measure spindle vibration, spindle vibration levels were established under the same oil pressure and flow rate conditions for different damping gaps. At a spindle speed of 30,000 rpm, with damping oil pressure at 24.5 kgf/cm² and flow rate at 2.05 liters/min, the spindle vibration level without a damping gap was 0.96 mm/s, while the spindle vibration level with a damping gap of 0.5 mm was 0.56 mm/s. The spindle vibration level reduced to a percentage of the undamped spindle vibration level is calculated as: (0.56/0.96) × 100% = 58.3%.

Technical Specification

A spindle assembly with adjustable damping mechanism has been developed, featuring a tunable damping gap range of 0 to 0.5 mm. The main shaft operates at a rotation speed of 36,000 rpm and is powered by 2 kW.

技術特色

透過整合可調阻尼間隙之液壓阻尼抑振單元於高速滾珠主軸系統,藉由液壓油阻尼特性,達到降低主軸振動的效果,並藉由控制液壓油的流量、壓力與可調阻尼間隙達到改變阻尼的目的,以適應不同異質材料堆疊之振動條件,對於設備廠與主軸模組廠,阻尼抑振單元的導入,可提升設備之附加價值與廠商建立自主化能力
