技術簡介
適應性抑振整合模組控制技術，主要是以壓電驅動元件，透過自主驅控器經EtherCAT傳輸及控制。即時控制技術反向壓下振幅，達到振動抑制效果。
Abstract
The adaptive vibration suppression integrates modular control technology, mainly using piezoelectric drive elements, which are transmitted and controlled via EtherCAT through an autonomous drive controller. The instant control technology suppresses the amplitude in reverse to achieve the vibration suppression effect.
