技術簡介

機構體驗人員穿戴輔具進行，工作內容有協助長輩上下床（含翻身）、幫長輩更換尿布、整理長輩儀容、整理住民床邊環境、協助餵食及灌食、協助備餐、協助長輩洗澡。本技術擬定工作日誌，提供體驗人員每日體驗完畢後即時填報。機構兩個月體驗完畢後，對產品填寫「系統易用性」問卷，對產品易用性進行評估。機構參與體驗之照顧者完成系統易用性量表後，本計畫進一步進行質性訪談，取得使用者體驗回饋

Abstract

The work content of the institution’s experience staff includes helping the elderly get in and out of bed (including turning over), changing diapers for the elderly, tidying up the elderly’s appearance, tidying up the bedside environment, assisting with feeding and tube feeding, assisting with meal preparation, and helping the elderly take a bath. Prepare a work log and provide it for experiencers to fill out immediately after completing their daily experience. After the two-month experience, the institution will fill out a "system usability" questionnaire on the product to evaluate its usability. After the caregivers of the participating institutions completed the system usability scale, this project further conducted qualitative interviews to obtain user experience feedback.

技術特色

高齡化社會、長期照護的需求逐漸提升，照護者在工作時經常需要進行平行移位、翻身、拍背及轉位等動作，這些負重的動作相當的頻繁。本計畫完成導入輕型外骨骼競品輔具減輕照服員生理與心理上的照顧壓力，避免職業傷害，降低人力耗損，進而維護長照資源
