技術簡介
高科技產業通常須於製程機台後端裝設現址式處理設備(Local Scrubber, LSC),主要是用於削減去除製程尾氣。評估LSC削減率可協助企業驗證與優化LSC、計算碳排放量、作為符合法規之證明。本報告內容包括移轉及使用此技術所需之儀器設備、檢測流程及複雜光譜解析方法…等,可協助相關人員了解及應用。
Abstract
The high-tech industry typically requires the installation of on-site abatement equipment, known as Local Scrubber (LSC), at the backend of process tool. Evaluating the destruction and removal efficiency (DRE) of LSC helps companies verify and optimize their LSC, calculate carbon emissions, and serve as proof of compliance with regulations. This report aims to transfer the technology to personnel involved in DRE testing, equipping them to operate instruments, follow testing procedures, and apply spectral analysis effectively.
