技術簡介
低溫室效應R1234ze(E)冷媒之無油離心式冰水機組應用技術,包括整合國產單/雙壓磁浮離心式壓縮機,滿液式/噴淋式蒸發器、冷凝器、節能器、電子式膨脹閥進行冰水機冷媒系統之設計開發,並應用PLC控制器進行開放式系統控制器於冰水機系統控制、遠端Iot智慧化節能管理平台監控冰水機系統之運轉狀態與查詢機組運轉紀錄,並進行節能分析與智慧化診斷。
Abstract
Application technology of oil-free centrifugal chiller using R1234ze(E) refrigerant has been successfully developed in single/double compressor models. The chiller system design integrates domestic oil-free centrifugal compressor, flooded or spray-type evaporator, shell-and-tube condenser, flash tank economizer, and electric expansion valve to compose the high energy efficiency two-stage-compression refrigeration cycle. The chiller control system adopts domestic PLC controller to perform the high efficiency and reliable commercial operation. In addition, the remote IoT supervisory platform is capable of monitoring the real-time running status and intelligibly analyzing the power consumption of the chiller system.

2. R1234ze(E)冷媒、雙壓1,000kW~2,100kW之雙段壓縮無油離心式冰水機系統設計,COP≧6.75、IPLV≧11.0;
3. 應用國產PLC控制器整合冰水機系統之控制策略於所發展之開放式系統控制器
4. 應用物聯網建構遠端IoT智慧化節能管理平台,即時監控冰水機系統之運轉狀態與查詢機組運轉紀錄,並進行節能分析與智慧化診斷。

1. R1234ze(E) refrigerant, single-pressure 525kW~1000kW two-stage compression oil-free centrifugal chiller system design, CNS full-load performance COP ≥ 6.1, AHRI integrated part-load performance IPLV ≥ 10.0.
2. R1234ze(E) refrigerant, dual-pressure 1,000kW~2,100kW two-stage compression oil-free centrifugal chiller system design, COP ≥ 6.75, IPLV ≥ 11.0
3. Applying domestically produced PLC controllers to integrate the control strategy of the chiller system into the developed open-system controller.
4. Utilize the Internet of Things (IoT) to build a remote IoT intelligent energy-saving management platform, enabling real-time monitoring of the chiller system’s operating status, querying operational records, and performing energy-saving analysis and intelligent diagnostics.
技術特色
應用GWP值為1之低溫室效應R1234ze(E)冷媒無油離心冰水機,已導入國內場域進行示範商業運轉,應用場域包含商辦大樓建築空調、半導體廠房之無塵環控與製程冷卻,相較於傳統採用GWP達1,300之R134a冰水機年節電率50%以上、減少直接與間接碳排放量65%。
