技術簡介

低溫室效應冷媒之無油離心式冰水機組開發技術，整合單/雙磁浮離心式壓縮機所開發冰水機系統，包含滿液式/噴淋式蒸發器、冷凝器、節能器、主循環膨脹閥迴路、壓縮機冷卻迴路、壓縮機/冰水機系統控制、遠端Iot智慧化節能管理平台。

Abstract

Development technology for oil-free centrifugal chillers using refrigerants with low Global Warming Potential integrates single/double centrifugal compressors with magnetic bearing systems into the chiller system. This includes components such as flooded/spray-type evaporators, condensers, economizers, refrigerant circulation expansion valve loops, compressor cooling loops, compressor/chiller system controls, and a remote IoT-based intelligent energy-saving management platform.

技術規格

無油離心式冰水機組開發R1234ze(E)冷媒，單/雙壓縮機所開發全載額定製冷能力352 kW~1933 kW規格，蒸發器趨近溫度0.5℃、冷凝器趨近溫度0.7℃，冰水機性能效率超越我國1級能源效率10％、部分負載效率IPLV高於 ASHRAE國際標準最高效率指標 30％。

Technical Specification

Development of oil-free centrifugal chillers using R1234ze(E) refrigerant has resulted in single/double compressor models with full-load rated cooling capacities ranging from 352 kW to 1933 kW. These chillers feature an evaporator approach temperature of 0.5°C and a condenser approach temperature of 0.7°C. The efficiency is 10％ higher than the first-level energy efficiency index managed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). Additionally, the Integrated Part-Load Value (IPLV) is 30％ higher than the maximum efficiency benchmark set by ASHRAE international standards.

技術特色

低溫室效應R1234ze(E)冷媒磁浮離心冰水機，已於國內示範商轉，應用類別包含商辦空調、半導體製程用冰水機，相較於傳統冰水機年節電率60％、減少碳排放量65％。
